Dr. Agnew presented as part of the 2013 Financial Literacy Seminar Series (FLSS), a joint initiative of the Global Financial Literacy Excellence Center (GFLEC) and the Federal Reserve Board, Washington, D.C., 2013. Here she presents a short five minute summary of her new paper.

RAND BeFi Conference, May 30, 2014

Professor Agnew presents new research suggesting that individuals can be easily manipulated to trust a financial adviser that provides bad advice. In this 16 minute video, she explains the research project and public policy implications.

 

 

 

Senate Testimony, February 3, 2011

In 2011, Professor Agnew was asked to provide testimony to a full committee hearing before the United States Senate Committee on Health, Education Labor and Pensons on "Simplifying Security: Encouraging Better Retirement Decisions" Her written testimony can be found here.

Financial Literacy Research Consortium, 2010

Professor Agnew presents preliminary results related to Target Date investing. This paper has since been presented at several conferences around the world.
